Please ensure the parcel is opened as soon as the delivery arrives and all fresh fruits and vegetables are stored in a refrigerator and any frozen items put away in a freezer. If there are any damaged/broken items, please get in touch with our customer services team within 12 hours of receiving the parcel with a brief description of the issue along with a photo of the product/parcel and email to sales@navasupermarket.com
Where delivery instructions are left, ie without signature, we cannot be held responsible for any missing goods. For example, if you request leaving in a bin where recycling may happen, or, in an outhouse that could be accessed by 3rd parties. The risk lies with you.
It may not be possible to deliver all leaf items as some of these items are imported and deliveries are dependent on weather conditions in the country of origin and clearance from UK customs.
Our fresh produce means that items / products are subject to availability. Should we be unable to fulfill your order then we will refund your amount within 48 hours of dispatch.
